7. Delivery Fees

Johannesburg

For an order total of less than R800 in total: R100

Pretoria

For an order total of less than R800 in total: R180

Rest of South Africa / International

Local courier charges or standard courier charges will apply.

We will require approval and payment of the delivery charges before we courier your Products.

8. Stock Availability

Cinnamon Lane Flower Market cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will inform you of alternatives if stock is no longer available.

9. Deliver Policy

Cinnamon Lane delivers its own products to Gauteng. On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive a Cinnamon Lane Flower Market delivery note showing the items delivered. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.

You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.

If a person other than the purchaser receives the Products at the delivery address, he/she is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.

Should no one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the Products and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. Our representative will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.

Cinnamon Lane Flower Market reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if a further delivery or collection is required.

10. Returns Policy

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with a Product purchased from Cinnamon Lane Flower Market you may return the Product to us. Unfortunately Cinnamon Lane Flower Market cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please retain your waybill (postage receipt) as proof of return. Without this, Cinnamon Lane Flower Market cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

11. Cancellation

12. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to the person accepting delivery on your behalf. Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the Products shall remain with Cinnamon Lane Flower Market.
